I pay £50 a month in insurance premiums to this company and have been waiting over four months for settlement of two claims that together total almost £1k. Every time I ring they say payment will be made next week but it never is. I will be reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman. I see no other way of recovering my money. They are fraudsters and criminals.
