From what I think I heard the girls name that I spoke to over the phone was ‘Hannah’. On Thursday 18th April, at approximately 2:45pm. She was exceptionally kind and caring hearing the sad news about my cat being euthanised after treatment which I find rare from a lot of people. Not only this but she helped give me all the information and guidance I needed in my situation to making a claim. I felt very comfortable speaking to Hannah being able to ask anything that I needed to know! Everyone should be like Hanna. Thank you :)
