Changed from PetPlan to Tesco in December. My dog had an ear infection, which has ran to around £700 in vet bills, and entered the claim form. Passed to Allied Universal who related this back to an ear infection in 2018 so call this pre existing and won't pay out. Absolutely shambolic. If there's anything at all in your dog's history, yes even from 6 years ago, they will refuse to pay out. Don't bother.
