Never use this insurance, it is a total scam, please share this with any pet owner. They charge a premium (£50 for 1 cat per month) then when you make a claim they do everything they can to not pay out. They don't have contracts with vets so they pay direct that is a lie, they will make you pay then after you have paid they refuse your claim. Total SCAM please share
