Despite requesting paper postal communications, I did not receive any documents to renew. I have just logged on and my renewal price has gone up by 60% and I have not claimed for anything on the insurance. This is out of order Sainsburys!! I will be contacting them directly to hopefully resolve this, but I am appalled at the service.
