Having been a loyal customer for 9 years and making two small claims both under £300, Sainsbury’s raised the insurance from £850 a year to nearly £1,700 a year because of our dog’s age. Even after complaining we were not even offered an alternative! Be warned of massive price hikes for older dogs!
