Been waiting nearly 3 months for a claim to be processed

My cat was attacked by a Tom in december. Been waiting now for nearly 3 months and still don't know if they will pay out. Get the sense they are doing their best to not pay. If you can't claim for accidents in a timely manner then no point operating as an insurer.

Last November I had to take out a “Loan” to cover the costs on my Credit Card Many Pets took SO Long.
I have now changed.
