I would never recommend many pets to anyone I have put a few claims in for my pets it takes too long for them to process. I have put in a claim on the 14th December still waiting for it to be processed. Every time I put in a claim they request the medical records it’s like they don’t believe you. I have to ring them every time I put in a claim to get paid
