I telephoned ( it took 20 minutes to answer) to request a written copy of my policy and was told to e mail their SUPPORT section . I did so and more than a dozen e mails later I still had no reply, they completely ignored me. So rude and disrespectful and appalling customer service. They take my money (£28 a month) and do nothing for it.
