Absolutely shocking. No one answers the phone for the customer help line. Email queries are not answered. Had for 1 year for 2 dogs. Massive increase in the price of my policy going into 2nd year. I will not be renewing my policy, can't warrant it, since there is no customer service what-so-ever. No one to answer your queries. Can only imagine what it would be like trying to make a claim
