We have paid insurance for eight years with no claims. This year our dog had a minor ear procedure and Petpaln paid 19p of the £250 claim. When we disputed this with Petplan they agreed this didn't seem right and said they would investigate and get back to us. Four months later we are still waiting to hear. We will be cancelling our insurance with PetPplan.
