After switching to Sainsbury’s and having to use insurance for the first time ever all I can say is TERRIBLE. The claims process is a nuisance and my vet surgery hates dealing with them as they don’t do pre authorisation for procedures leaving you with a hefty bill if you need treatment urgently. Portal also isn’t updated regularly so you have no idea if they are getting anything or just slow.
