Never made a claim in 5 years for my dog. Recently he had an ear infection which cost over £500 to resolve. Direct Line decided as he had an ear infection in 2019 this was a recurring illness and turned down claim. Vet wrote to them saying in his opinion this was a new infection and no link to previous infections. Direct Line ignored the expert and refused my claim. Pathetic company.
