absolute shockers and in my opinion dishonest - obscure T&Cs mean that customers are constantly feeling ripped off! If Dog illness begins before renewal date and treatment carries on through renewal the claim is treated as 2 claims, in that the customer has to forfeit their excess twice for the same illness! further if your dog has one or more episodes off illness such as digestive problems or infections they are regarded as non specific and disqualified as future claims, for instance my dog had an ear infestation, followed by a non specific ear infection 15 months later - the second claim was refused as a repeat illness!
They have an excuse for every event buried in their T&Cs - I would suggest you get a solicitor to check your policy before you waste your money
