Utterly appalling. My claim has still not been paid after 10 weeks. Never dealt with an insurance company like it. It’s totally pointless having a policy. Whatever you do, don’t get their insurance if you have a rescue animal. Utterly buzzard experience. I’m disgusted. They ignore emails, don’t follow their own procedures, ignore complaints. All in all they act like a scam company and don’t even deserve the 1 star I am forced to give them. My vet tells me they have clients that have been waiting since last summer for their claims to be paid. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
