Still waiting 7 weeks for claim rang and was assured payment within 5 days after waiting 5 weeks still waiting. Was told had unusual volume of claims to deal with. Utter rubbish, same excuse used every time we are no longer in the height of COVID so please will company’s stop using this as an excuse. It’s the staff that get all the abuse because of the rubbish script they give you over the phone.
