Absolutely abysmal, my renewal quote was double, so wanted to cancel, only problem is you can only do this by telephone, guess what they do not answer your phone call, after 10 days and numerous telephone calls 2 and 3 a day waiting on hold with the same recording for up to 20 minutes a time. Tried emails to support, nope no response to these either.
So would not advise anyone to get a policy through this company.
