Every claim has taken over 2 months to pay out, sometimes 3 months. Complaining achieves nothing. Managers only correspond via email and deflect your complaint back to the admin staff who have not processed the claim correctly. An official complaint takes up to 8 weeks, joke when your complaint is the time scale for paying!
