Our lovely dog was in trouble and ultimately needed to be put to sleep. Direct Line wouldn't pay for the dog to be uthenised - we wonder why we paid £90 per month only to find they had uthenasia as an exclusion in the small print. No other claims. The vet hospital were surprised as most other insurers cover this. Won't trust them again.
