I honestly think the positive reviews on here are false. I've nothing positive to say. Incredibly slow to pay out.My vet agreed, very reluctantly, to make a direct claim for me....they haven't even sent the li kyo the vet. My first claim took 4 months to pay out, I now have 2 claims waiting for a substantial amount and I know it will be months. I insured my dog to avoid financial hardship, but this company ensures that you will struggle because they don't pay out.
