Totally immoral! Beware on lifetime policies an excess is charged for an ongoing claim for a very sick dog every time the policy renews. Significantly hype your rates every year and charge the excess each year on the same ongoing claim. Disgusting.

I only just put claim in yesterday my dog developed a heart murmer, obviously upset, was told first treatment would cost £267. So put in claim then told I had to pay £159 excess, 20% of bill, so was granted £45 towards cost. I am just going to pay the bill myself and cancel tesco. And find an insurer that actually pays.
