Extremely slow at handling claim’s would not recommend
I put a claim in on the 10/5/23 and followed it up with a call. I was told there was a back log and my claim would be dealt within 7 days. Still heard nothing and no update on their app portal. Imagine you need authorisation for urgent treatment for your pet.
