I have renewed my dog's insurance policy with Vetsure. The Lady I spoke with had not been working with Vetsure for very long. She was really helpful and very professional and although it took quite a long time to sort out we did get there. I would recommend Vetsure as they do pick up the telephones relatively quickly and you can have a good conversation. However, I have in the approximately seven years since I have insured my dog with them I have never made a claim.
