We had to claim against our insurance for our puppy. It was first time we claimed and I wasn’t sure so I emailed Vetsure who responded very efficiently and professionally. I completed my form, emailed it to the vets, within 2 days it was acknowledged and then a few days later I received confirmation that I would be reimbursed. Money came back very quickly. I really looked long and hard on pet insurance as there are so many policies out there and decided I needed comfort on having a company that had integrity and honoured its policies without finding excuses on why they can’t pay. The trade off for this is obviously higher premium but it was definitely worth every penny and I have total comfort knowing that Vetsure will be there if we ever need them again. In this world you get what you pay for and they are worth every penny.
