If I could give 0 stars I would! This company have been taking money from us for 8 years (total so far nearly £10,000). Each time we have tried to make a claim they have found a get out clause, well I'm fed up of it so now ots my mission to try and make others see that by insuring with this company you are likely to be throwing money away! Or paying towards prizes for pet of the month 🤣 There statement on their site included two quotes of which are untrue! Our pet insurance covers your dog for a wide range of alignments, illnesses and accidents giving you reassurance your dog will receive the best vet care and live a long happy healthy life" Well obviously mine isn't worth it then as so far I've paid a total of over £10,000 in vet bills as pet protect hasn't covered any of my dogs illnesses, alignments or accidents! Second part "you don't need to worry about excessive vet bills and medical expense" Well yeah I do as I'm the one paying this chappy company £140 a month (started at £45) and also now in debt as needed to find £3,000 for a vet bill you yet again don't cover)
What a 💩 show of a company you are!
Steer clear of them and if you do consider taking a policy out with them read the terms and conditions with a fine tooth comb and even then be prepared to have them come back with something that gets them out of it!
