My kitten who was around 7months at the time ate some lily pollen (didn't know at the time they are poisonous to cats). She was violently sick and so I took her straight to her vets where they began treating her. Her vets don't cover 24 hour care and so I had to later take her to an overnight vets 25 miles away at 7.30 pm. I then had to collect her at 7.30am the following morning and take her back to her normal vets for the day. She also had to have further tests and follow up appointments and I therefore had several receipt's from two different vets.
I was a little confused on how to claim and didn't know if I would need to pay the excess for each vet so I called customer serviced. The lady I spoke to talked me through everything. Once I uploaded the receipts, I received my claim within a couple of weeks
