Would not entertain helping me at all. I bought my policy on 17th March after switching from another insurer id been with for two years. My policy did not begin until 16th April. I found a lump on my little 8 yr old chihuahuas belly on 20th April and took her to the vet on 22nd April. She is booked in for surgery to have this removed on 3rd may. Her lump has appeared within the 14 day policy period and i rightly took her straight to the vets. Her op is scheduled for after the 14 days period. I called and begged for help with this as i now cant afford the money for her operation and i don't know where I'm going to find it from, they wouldn't even entertain me and just offered to cancel my policy. This isn't fair at all considering how long ago i actually bought the policy and committed to them.
