Avoid at all costs!!!! After 11 year with this company, I raise a complaint (that has been upheld and compensation paid) and now after a ‘review’ of my dog policy they have linked 2 conditions; one that started 2 years before the other!!! Just to stop paying allowance, this is after increasing my payments by £20 per month for a dog that’s nearly 17!
