I have an insurance policy for my dog which I took out a year ago. My dog has developed a skin condition but because he has no previous medical history as he is a rescue dog , Tesco are not paying out. They didn't ask for this when I took out the policy , only if the dog had any illness I was aware of. It is only a small claim because of the excess but they haven't paid.
