If you have the misfortune to have to make a claim, Direct Line Pet Insurance will work really hard to avoid paying out. I wish I had read these reviews before parting with my hard earned money. This was the 1st insurance claim I have made in about 2 decades. This includes house/car/road risk etc. I was a genuine customer. Direct Line are not a genuine business in my experience. Plus I wanted to leave 0 (zero) rating but the page wont let me erase the 1 (one) which I accidentally gave it. They are not worthy of 1 imo.
