All insurance is not needed until it is needed! Vetsure provide peace of mind although the cost is quite high for the limited use we have made of in in the years. We are now having to utilise it as our dog has begun to experience poor health and we are grateful for having it. The process for claiming is reasonably simple and helped by the fact that our vet does have an employee who takes on this resonsibility.
