Made a claim for my dog who had suspected pyometra, which turned out to be cysts in her uterus which will require a full hysterectomy in 3 months. Put my first claim in at 1.30pm and it was approved and paid into my account less than 5 hours later, easy claim system, just put the problem and upload a photo of the invoice and they sort the rest with no problems or hassle at all
