Imanypets was recommended by the vet for our new puppy, it’s the one she uses for her own pets. Checked the reviews online and decided to proceed. I encountered a problem when applying on line, it seems the system doesn’t like names with hyphens!! I received a call from their customer service and job done. I didn’t think I would be claiming so soon, had the policy a little over a month, really thought that there would be a clause for delaying or not paying but no. I had to go to an emergency vet out of hours, paid the vets and went home to register the claim. Claim done, I waited for the email explaining why we couldn’t claim. Received the aknowledgment. That was at 9am, received the next email at 2pm saying that the claim had been paid! I check my bank and the money was in. The money for the vet hadn’t left my account yet. I was stunned by how fast the claim had been and having received payment. Definitely advise other pet owners to check them out first before going anywhere else.
