I had to take my cat Bertie to the emergency vet on Sunday, 5th February 2023. Happily, it turned out to be nothing serious but worrying nonetheless. I completed the ManyPets claim form the following afternoon, and to my amazement, I received a payment into my bank account the same day. Now, that is exceptional service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
