Had Tesco pet insurance for years with no claim. Last year my dog had a lump removed and Tesco tried to find a way not to pay saying that I had not been to the vet in a year. Even when clarified I had to go over this on several occasions. Eventually they paid.. Now I have a £900 bill for dental work but BEWARE as this not part of the insurance. The first call was handled sensitively and helpfully but second call was abrupt and really annoyed me when after being told that I would need to pay the bill myself she had the cheek to make a comment about my dog and her care.
