I rang enquiring about a recent enquiry plus a new enquiry which I needed to make on the day of my phone call to see what stage my first claim was at. The adviser was extremeyl helpful and fully understood my concerns. I asked if she could tell me how much my first claim would be once processed as I had had 2 expensive claims made in one month and was finding it difficult to manage my finances. She promptly said she would try annd expedite these as quickly as possible. Whilst I appreciate that you must be extremely busy with claims this was reasurring to know that someone was there to listen and try and help. First class service.
