Claim paid within 24 hours of being submitted without any questions. Given I'd paid upfront, this was much appreciated. Not the cheapest and premiums did go up last year by quite a bit (like a lot of insurance policies), but it's still paid for itself and as long as it doesn't increase disproportionately again this year, I'll be staying with Many Pets as this level of efficient payout is worth it.
