This is the 2nd time I have made a claim with Many pets. Both times have ben very easy to submit. Very impressed with the claim I recently made. I submitted this morning and included my proof of receipt. By the afternoon I had an email to say that my claim had been completed and the money would be in my bank the following day. Logged into bank and the money was already in there. Very happy with the service.
