I never write reviews but just had to this time. I have been with Tesco pet insurance for 5yrs for my dog. Never had a problem and the premiums were acceptable so I didn`t compare. However I decided to upgrade my policy and the guy that sorted it was fantastic he spent ages going through everything. Also the price was fair. I phoned later to add some information and spoke to someone else who was also very good. They were the best people in customer service I have spoken to in a long time. Immediate answer to the phone call not on hold for ages. Well done
