I have unfortunately had to claim for my dog five times this year. Each time , apart from the last , my claim has been paid within hours. The last claim took about 2 weeks and was paid in full.
I have never had a problem with ManyPets ( Bought by Many) and will continue to be insured with them for the foreseeable future.
