Bought by Many, who are now called Many Pets, have been fantastic. Unfortunately my dog had several conditions and I had to make many claims. The process was so easy online. If ever I needed to speak to someone I found them professional, informed, polite and empathetic. Throughout the claim process they keep you up to date so you know where you are. My premiums did jump massively, but I claimed so much it covered that and more. Their full package is very good.
