I didn’t even get involved. The vet took my many pets policy number and a couple days later it was sorted. Can’t ask for anything more? They sent me an email to say they received my claim, then an email to say it was being processed, then a final one to say it had been paid. More expensive than some others but you get what you pay for, in your time of need.
