When my dog unfortunately became suddenly Ill out of hours I needed to take him to the emergency vet. I made my claim on line the next morning which was a Sunday. The form was not at all complicated and it took just a few moments to complete. I uploaded my invoice and by Sunday evening I had received an email telling me my claim had been paid.
