In 2008 when we got our two kittens and insured them both with you. We have been so impressed with the service, ease and speed in which claims are settled. We sadly lost one of our cats in 2020 due to Cancer and the other one (Sox) in December last year. Sox had numerous claims over the years, he was run over, had a bowel stricture and more recently diabetics, arthritis and renal failure. Every claim we made was paid quickly and the process for ongoing claims so easy. Additionally, the compassion at the end was really touching. I can't recommend you enough so thank you !
