My springer spaniel did his Cruciate ligament in his hind leg, my vets initially were wary f animal friends due to previous owners having issues and I had to pay up front for all my treatment, once I submitted the claim forms to animal friends they paid within1 week back to me and then from then on my vets were happy to deal with them direct for all further issues for myself. everything was paid on time and it was so speedy, my premium went up but not by as much as I claimed, I maxxed out my policy in 1 year for the coverage I had and it only went up by approximately £80 for the year. I cannot fault the company, everything was handled perfectly and the staff were friendly
