First claim I’ve ever had to make and whilst I was sceptical about how easy it would be I need not have worried . Made a claim in the morning -easy to do online- and within hours I was notified my claim would be paid minus my excess . I’ll need to check my bank account as I paid out my own pocket when my dog had to have an emergency trip to the vets but I don’t envisage there will be a problem. As it stands at the moment the whole process for claiming has been faultless
