I have to hand it to ManyPets - they handled my claim online so efficiently. Our cat had an appointment at 9.45 in the morning, the vet gave the appropriate medications, and I made a claim online around 11.30, and the claim was paid by 4.30 the same day. Brilliant service, and cannot be more highly recommended.
