I couldn’t believe how easy it was to make an online claim. As the claim was relatively small I had chosen not to make a direct claim through my vet. The form is customer friendly and I uploaded a photo of the receipt. Two hours later I had an email to say my claim had been settled. Fantastic and I would definitely recommend
