This company increased my rate for three dogs of more than 60 dollars and will not cancel and reimburse the monthly fee;you have to wait another month. It is not clear why the vet prices did not increase whereas the insurance company prices did. Not transparent at all! Be careful! Do not choose this insurance company for your pets!
