until now i have been very happy with many pets, they have always paid very promptly however i have had a claim outstanding now for over two months as they are "experiencing a lot of claims " which is just not acceptable if you are on a limited budget. So unless you are happy to pay the vet fee and wait months for repayment i would advise to look elsewhere until this issue is resolved....come on many pets get it sorted !!

Experiencing the same with a cat's claim. Have had Many Pets since 2020 and initially got same day repayment. Since 2023, one cat receives arthritis injections every few months. I am still waiting 12 weeks after last injection (similar on previous only resolved when I reached them by phone). The odd thing is that the claims are minimal - about £20 a visit for Many Pets as I pay the 20% excess and initial £99 when first diagnosed. This is a tiny fraction of what I pay for my four cats to be covered. I am confident I will receive payments eventually but it is disappointing to pay monthly instalments while Many Pets drags it heels.
